Gel polish is a long-lasting colour coat cured under lamp, ideal for a glossy finish that lasts up to two weeks. Builder gel (BIAB, or Builder In A Bottle) is a thicker overlay applied to your natural nail for added strength and length without tips — popular for growing out natural nails.
