Most IV drips take between 45 and 60 minutes to administer, plus a short consultation with your practitioner beforehand. NAD+ infusions take longer, as they are delivered slowly for comfort. Your practitioner will confirm timings on the day.

Yes. The Bespoke IV Drip lets you combine up to six ingredients from a library of vitamins, amino acids, electrolytes and medications, formulated with your practitioner to suit your needs. Some ingredients count as two — your practitioner will guide you when you book.
Some drips do. The Iron Infusion requires a blood test beforehand, as iron can only be given if you are deficient, and is booked following a consultation with a doctor. Higher-dose vitamin C drips may require a G6PD blood test. For all drips, your practitioner carries out a brief assessment before treatment to make sure it's suitable for you.
Your practitioner from Effect Doctors arrives fully equipped with everything needed, including all clinical supplies. You simply need a comfortable place to sit or lie down for the duration of your infusion; a sofa or bed works perfectly.
Drink water and eat something beforehand, as this makes the infusion more comfortable. Wear loose clothing with easy access to your arm, and let your practitioner know in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as some drips may not be suitable.
