Youur therapist brings all equipment, products and tools — including a treatment bed where needed. You simply provide a suitable, well-lit space; a bedroom or lounge area works perfectly.
A few quick guidelines by treatment:
Hair: a comfortable chair near a plug socket.
Massage & facial: a clear space for the treatment bed, plus your own towels and linen.
Make-up: a well-lit space, ideally with natural light.
Nails: comfortable seating and access to a plug socket for gel lamps.
Waxing and spray tan: a suitable, private space.
Full preparation guidance is shared at the time of booking.
Payment is by card, arranged through our concierge when you book. All treatments are priced in EUR.
Yes. Our concierge will send you therapist profiles to select from and can make recommendations based on what you're looking for. If there's a Ruuby therapist you've booked before and loved, let us know and we'll arrange to book them again where possible.
Yes. Contact our concierge to amend or reschedule. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 to 12 hours, a charge of 50% of the booking applies; within 12 hours, the full booking amount is charged. We recommend making changes as early as possible to secure your preferred time and therapist.
